15% Petit Verdot
Deep red color with violet hues and great intensity. On the nose, it is complex and expressive, with a strong presence of ripe black fruits such as blackberry and blueberry, accompanied by a marked spicy profile typical of Syrah, with notes of black pepper and smoke, as well as herbal and graphite nuances contributed by Bordeaux varieties. All of this is integrated with elegant barrel-aging notes such as vanilla, cocoa, and tobacco. On the palate, it shows a broad and powerful entry, with good volume and structure, firm and fine-grained tannins that provide character and support, balanced by acidity that brings freshness and tension. The finish is long, persistent, and spicy.
Ideal to pair with roast beef, lamb, rich stews, and hard cheeses such as Gruyère or Gouda.
