Early harvest from our most aromatic vineyard blocks. A gentle whole-cluster pressing is carried out, extracting the least possible amount of color. Fermentation takes place at 22°C in stainless steel tanks over a period of 14 days. During this time, periodic lees stirring is performed to enhance volume and texture on the palate.
Bright rosé in color, ranging from salmon to light cherry depending on the time of skin contact. On the nose, it is fresh and expressive, dominated by red fruit aromas such as cherry and raspberry, accompanied by delicate floral notes. On the palate, it is agile and refreshing, with medium acidity that brings vibrancy, a light body, and a smooth texture, maintaining a clean and persistent fruity profile.
Ideal to pair with rich fish such as grilled salmon, Mediterranean cuisine like seafood risotto, and mild cheeses, integrating elegantly with fine dining proposals.
