Deep red color with violet and black hues, showing great intensity. On the nose, it displays high complexity, with a strong presence of ripe black fruits such as plum, blackberry, and cassis, accompanied by spicy and herbal notes of black pepper and subtle minty tones. Elegant contributions from barrel aging emerge, recalling cocoa and tobacco. On the palate, it offers a broad and structured entry, with great volume and density and firm, ripe tannins. Malbec brings roundness and juiciness; Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot provide structure and tannic backbone, while Cabernet Franc adds freshness. The wine culminates in a long, persistent, and complex finish.
Ideal to pair with aged hard cheeses such as Gruyère or Appenzeller, as well as grilled meats like flame-roasted rib rack, Patagonian lamb, or ribeye steak.
