3 hectares located at 1,100 meters above sea level in Alto Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza.
Harvested at dawn, taking advantage of the low temperatures to preserve freshness and aromatic expression. The grapes are stored in a cold chamber at 8 °C for 24 to 72 hours. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures, in contact with fine lees for 13 days. During this period, daily lees stirring is carried out to enhance volume and texture on the palate.
Twenty percent of the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in first-use American oak barrels, while the remaining 80% carries out malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Pale yellow in color with greenish reflections and bright clarity. On the nose, it combines freshness and complexity, with notes of white fruits such as white peach and pear, accompanied by subtle aromas of almond and vanilla derived from its aging process. On the palate, it presents vibrant acidity that brings tension and length, wrapped in a creamy texture provided by the lees. The finish is long, fresh, and elegant.
Ideal to pair with rich fish such as trout and salmon, seafood, and dishes where butter plays a leading role.
