Tasting Notes

It displays a deep red color with dark ruby hues and high intensity. On the nose, aromas of black fruits such as plum and cassis predominate, accompanied by a typical herbaceous profile reminiscent of green pepper. Barrel aging contributes tertiary notes of vanilla and tobacco. On the palate, it is structured and full-bodied, with firm and well-defined tannins that provide a broad and consistent mouthfeel. The finish is long.

Pairing

Ideal to pair with rich, protein-based dishes such as strip steak or grilled beef cuts, aged cheeses like Manchego, and hearty winter broths, as its structure and tannins cleanse the palate beautifully.
